Trent Villas is the name of 6 terraced houses located on the Bucknall Bridge junction on the outskirts of Bucknall. They have been present since at least 1884, and all remain in use as houses.
The buildings have been present on Ordnance Survey maps dating back to the 19th-century. They are believed to be nearly around 140 years old, which is backed up by a plaque that is situated on the brickwork in the middle of the houses (near to the roof) which states: "TRENT VILLAS H.B 1884". Some of the houses have had alterations to the brickwork, including extensions, over the 20th-century period - of which most is present when they are looked at from Trent Street (located to the side of the houses). Noticable alterations will primarily be present on the inside of the properties, such as the later additions of interior bathrooms.
